Kwaito Star Juelz Shares Good News With Fans

Kwaito Star Juelz Returns with New Album and Big Collaborations

Kwaito sensation Juelz, also known as Shahriar Chowdhury, is making a powerful comeback to the music scene with his highly anticipated new studio album set to release at the end of October.

After years away, Juelz is ready to reintroduce himself and has been working hard on collaborations with both up-and-coming talent and some of South Africa’s biggest stars.

Juelz shared his excitement about the new project, revealing that the album is now in the final stages.

“I’ve sent it to be mastered for great sound quality. I’ve collaborated with several rising artists and am currently talking to top names for remixes of two tracks on this album,” he said.

While he hasn’t revealed the full list of collaborators, fans can expect a blend of fresh and established voices, setting the stage for an impressive comeback.

In the past, Juelz worked with big names like Emtee and Sjava, although those tracks were never officially released.

This time around, he is committed to getting everything right. His dedication to delivering high-quality music shows how much this album means to him both personally and professionally.

Beyond music, Juelz is passionate about giving back. In the lead-up to his album launch, he plans to visit orphanages and donate food parcels, a cause close to his heart as he relates to the struggles orphans face.

He is also organizing Christmas gift donations for underprivileged children in December, proving that his return to the spotlight is about more than just music—it’s about making a meaningful impact.

Juelz is also vocal about the challenges artists face in South Africa. In July, he expressed support for Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie as the new sports, arts, and culture minister, citing McKenzie’s entertainment background as crucial to helping struggling artists.

“He should support upcoming artists to make sure they survive financially. Otherwise, the industry will be controlled by the music mafia,” Juelz explained.

As Juelz gears up for his album release, fans are not only excited about the new music but also inspired by his commitment to social causes and advocacy for a fairer music industry. His return is set to leave a lasting mark on both the music scene and the lives of those he helps.
