Gospel Legend Solly Moholo Honoured at Pretoria Funeral
Friends, family, and fans gathered at the Akasia Community Hall in Pretoria to pay their final respects to gospel icon Solly Moholo.
The 65-year-old singer passed away on 2 October after being hospitalised in August, following an illness he developed during his pre-album launch tour in Botswana.

A special provincial funeral was held in his honour on Saturday, with notable speakers including Gauteng premier Panyaza Lesufi and poet Mzwakhe Mbuli, who reflected on Moholo’s incredible contributions to gospel music.
