Shebeshxt’s Mother Heartbroken Over Granddaughter’s Death in Tragic Car Accident

Mpho Chauke, mother of rising singer Shebeshxt, is heartbroken over the death of her granddaughter, who died in a car accident on Saturday night. The incident occurred on the R37 Road in Limpopo, involving Shebeshxt, his girlfriend, his 9-year-old daughter Onthatile, and an unidentified passenger in a Volkswagen Polo that collided with a truck.
In an interview with Sunday World, Mpho Chauke revealed that Shebeshxt was on his way from Polokwane to Lebwakgomo to drop off Onthatile and her mother before heading to perform at an ANC rally.
Chauke said she believes her son is aware of his daughter’s passing, despite initially thinking he was unaware. “When I heard him talking only about his girlfriend, I thought maybe he was not aware until yesterday when he mentioned to his friends that he was aware that his daughter is no more,” she said.
