South African Revenue Services (SARS) officials, accompanied by police, raided the La Lucia home of businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize in Durban this afternoon.
Locksmiths were also present during the operation, according to reports by Newzroom Afrika.
The raid comes amid an ongoing R37 million tax evasion case against Mkhize, with SARS stating in August that significant progress had been made in the investigation.
