Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya Joins Scandal! as Sanda, Bringing New Drama to the More Family

Actress Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya, known for her role in Durban Gen, has joined Scandal! as the character Sanda.

She made her debut on the e.tv soap on Tuesday, 5 November, and her arrival promises exciting new twists.

Scandal! teased fans on social media, hinting at Sanda’s intentions: “Is she after the More family’s wealth or something else entirely?”

Sanda becomes interested in Thapelo “Taps” More, played by Moses Mabuza, after reading about him in a newspaper.

Taps has recently rejoined his family’s business, Bechafela, and reconnected with his father.

In a surprising twist, Scandal! revealed that Sanda’s son, Khumo, is actually Taps’ biological child.

Sanda, a strong single mother, is determined to give her son a stable life but allows Taps to reconnect with Khumo after years apart. This revelation has intrigued fans, sparking plenty of speculation online.

In addition to Sanda, Scandal! recently introduced more of the More family members. Kamogelo Maree joined as Taps’ sister, Thoriso More, while legendary actor Seputla Sebogodi stars as the family head, Kgopolo More, and Keitu Kasonkola plays his wife.

Lebohang Msiza plays Taps’ brother, Tiro More, who brings a villainous edge to the family dynamics.

With Scandal! hitting 3.3 million viewers in September, Sibiya’s addition to the cast as Sanda promises even more drama for fans to enjoy.
