Msaki Celebrates 10 Years in Music with “Camagu in Symphony” Concert

Acclaimed musician Msaki, whose real name is Asanda Lusaseni Mvana, is marking a decade in the music industry with a special concert titled Camagu in Symphony: 10 Years of Gratitude.

This milestone event will take place on Thursday, 12 December, at the SunBet Arena in Tshwane.

The 35-year-old musician from East London, Eastern Cape, made headlines in 2023 when she announced a break from music. However, her artistic spirit remained strong, leading her to plan one final performance as a way to close this chapter of her career.

Msaki’s concert will be a heartfelt thank you to her fans, collaborators, and industry partners who have supported her throughout her journey. Reflecting on the ups and downs of her career, she expressed deep gratitude for those who stood by her side, saying, “It’s been 10 years. I want to say thank you.”

Since releasing her debut EP Nal’ithemba in 2013, Msaki has made a significant impact on South Africa’s music scene, founding her own record label, One Shushu Day Artistry.

The Camagu in Symphony concert will not only celebrate her musical achievements but also honor her journey of growth, healing, and community support.
