Uyajola 9/9 Presenter Jub Jub Reportedly Dumps Moja Love

Popular South African rapper and TV host Jub Jub is making headlines after officially resigning from Moja Love.

This news was first reported online last week and has now been confirmed by several news sources.

The resignation comes after Jub Jub accused the channel’s CEO, Aubrey Tau, of verbal and emotional abuse.

Leaked emails reveal Jub Jub’s frustration with the work environment, including threats about job security and poor treatment. His resignation letter highlights ongoing issues such as a toxic work environment, breach of contract, and instability affecting his creativity.

Jub Jub also criticized the show “Uyajola 9/9,” claiming it has lost its authenticity, which he believes has led to a decline in viewership.

Jub Jub’s resignation letter also alleges that Moja Love labeled him a ‘rapist’ without evidence. He stated that despite bringing these issues to the channel’s attention, no action was taken, prompting his decision to leave.

Moja Love’s CEO, Aubrey Tau, has accepted the resignation but countered Jub Jub’s claims by accusing him of being ungrateful and dishonest.

Tau also mentioned that the channel had supported Jub Jub by covering his legal fees during a previous legal battle, amounting to over R1 million.

This resignation is not Jub Jub’s first dispute with Moja Love. In 2023, he was reportedly fired but later returned to the channel.
