Mihlali Ndamase Apologizes to The LGBTQIA+ Community

Mihlali Ndamase has issued a public apology to the LGBTQIA+ community after facing backlash for using derogatory terms during an Instagram live chat.

In her statement, she wrote, “I want to apologize to the LGBTQIA+ family. My intention was never to harm or offend with the phrases I used during my live.”
She also acknowledged the strong support she has received from the LGBTQIA+ community throughout her career and thanked them for their continued love and support.
