Inflation Drops to Three-Year Low in July

Good news for consumers!
Inflation has decreased to 4.6% in July, down from 5.1% in June, marking the lowest rate since July 2021.
This is the third consecutive month of decline, driven by lower annual rates in food, non-alcoholic beverages, and transport.
With inflation stabilizing around 5-6% for nearly a year, this drop opens the door for the Reserve Bank to potentially reduce interest rates next month.
