JOHANNESBURG — Renowned Kaya FM host Sol Phenduka has left Mzansi stunned with his candid revelation about his intimate life.
On a recent episode of Podcast and Chill, which he co-hosts with MacG and Ghost Lady, Phenduka shared how many times he has tlof tlof (a colloquial term for intimate relations) each week.
No Days Off: Sol’s Intimate Routine
Phenduka disclosed that he never goes more than two days without being intimate with his girlfriend.
He further surprised listeners by stating that even during her menstrual cycle, he remains intimate.

He elaborated that while the intimacy might be adjusted to avoid mess, it’s not due to disgust but rather practical considerations. “If we are on holiday, it’s not our sheet; we’re not gonna wash it. Whatever,” he added.
Ex-Girlfriend Confirms Frequency
To add credibility to his claim, Phenduka called his ex-girlfriend during the podcast.
She confirmed that their intimate encounters were “more than ten times a week,” aligning with Phenduka’s assertion of his frequent desire for intimacy.

Phenduka justified his high frequency by saying, “The thing is I will never get in a relationship with somebody I don’t wanna have sx with every time I lay my eyes on them. That’s just me. If I’m in a relationship, I wanna have sx with you coz you’re sexy, I’m attracted to you. Things happen when you touch me so what should I do? And I’m healthy.”
