A former employee at the Sandton office accused Kevin Cupido of sexual assault in 2021. Though found guilty by the court, Cupido reportedly remains employed, with sentencing pending. The company offered counseling to the victim but hasn’t taken disciplinary action, raising concerns about its commitment to a safe work environment.
This isn’t an isolated incident. In 2019, another employee reported a spiked drink and alleged rape at a company event. The case wasn’t pursued further, and she claims she was fired for accusing colleagues.
