Bomb Scare Chaos at Cape Town Airport: Hero K9 Saves FlySafair Flight!

Cape Town International Airport experienced chaos on Thursday night when the police’s bomb squad was deployed in response to a security alert.
The crew of a FlySafair flight, set to depart for OR Tambo International Airport, was informed of a possible threat, prompting immediate action.
Passengers and crew were safely evacuated, and a thorough sweep of the aircraft and airport was conducted. Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) assured travelers that stringent security measures are in place to ensure their safety. ACSA Regional General Manager Mark Maclean praised the airline’s prompt response and the combined efforts of the SAPS and Aviation Security team.
